Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Is registration necessary before I place an order?

To place an order, you do not need to register. However, you will be able to use our site at full if you register for an account.

The checkout procedure will be customized, and shopping will be simpler.

You can manage your personal information, track the delivery of your order, view all of your previous purchases, save your delivery addresses (such as home, work, etc.), and benefit from previews and promotions only available to registered users.

How can I place an order?

You can select a specific product category from the menu and then narrow down your search results.

You can check your selection after adding the items you want to buy to your shopping cart, make some minor changes, add a note to your order, and then check out.

Click "Check out" to continue and follow the suggested path to complete your order.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to add items to an existing order.

Is it secure to use my credit card on the BREKKA online store?

The online security of your personal information is important to us. So important to us that We have not access to your credit card data at all: We use ShopPay and PayPal as our payment processing partners and We use advanced encryption technology (SSL) to securely transmit your personal information and credit card information to their systems.

How do I know my order has been received and when my payment has been charged?

After you complete an order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. If any of the items you ordered are no longer available, you will receive an email from the Customer Happiness Team, and your credit card will be charged only for the value of the available items.

Can I change my shipping address after my order have been shipped?

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after they have shipped. Therefore, please provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery according to the specified delivery time.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Can you ship to multiple addresses for the same order?

We can only ship to one address per order. If there are items in your order that need to be shipped to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the EU, Switzerland and UK. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipment details and a reference number to track the shipment of your order. If you are a registered user, please log in and check the status of your shipment in the "My Orders" section, otherwise fill out the form to contact us.

How soon can I get my order and how much delivery will cost?

How can I return an order?

To start a return, please login to your account. You have the right to return your order within 14 days. Please refer to our refund policy for details.

What can I do if I have forgotten my password?

We recently switched to a brand new customers account system and you don't need to enter a password anymore: just enter your email address on https://account.brekka.it and we'll send you a login code.
